Growing confidence; building relationships
We ran two highly-acclaimed team building days with the marketing department of Moss Bros.
The results of our work were that individuals within the department got to know and understand each other better, and together worked out more effective ways of communicating and behaving that increased morale, reduced stress and made the whole team more effective.
